The Initiatory Path in Fairy Tales | Part 6

Continuing our study of Bernard Roger's The Initiatory Path in Fairy Tales: The Alchemical Secrets of Mother Goose.

In Bernard Roger's The Initiatory Path in Fairy Tales: The Alchemical Secrets of Mother Goose, he highlights parallels and pluralities to Freemasonry and alchemy. So we begin to see that the connections are there. The symbols are valid. So what of them and what is the point. We hope to find out toward the end of the book. In this instalment of Otherworld Connections, Bernard Roger points out something important about the symbolism in fairy tales: a vulgar association between a woman and a pile of manure really goes much deeper into associations between femininity, mother earth and the sacred feminine. Moving forward we look to finding out about what to do with all of these observations!
