Changes need to start from within, from within the mind. What if you struggle with this? What if you struggle with the fortitude to bounce back from setbacks? Fortitude is patience, in a way. Fortitude is suffering hardships while maintaining the direction you have set out on. Your heart might be in the right place and you serve others out of kindness. Yet, you feel like the struggles of life shift your sails every time you set course. Then you certainly still have patience and fortitude, you are also sensitive and the pendulum is specifically for you! A pendulum can help you find your way as you try to do the right thing in the storm.
