I've been listening to Steiner lectures for a couple of years now, and also Theosophical works & "New Thought" authors from the latter 19th Century and I notice a lot of them advocate a "flesh-less" (animal that is) diet. I think that comes from the Hindu influence in Theosophy, and lack of refrigeration in that era. Just sayin'. I've done my own nutritional experiments over the years and have drawn my own conclusions. Cheers, Nox.

Hey Nox hope you are doing well! Thank you, yeah I’ve been reading Steiner too! Cool man, yeah I agree with the Hindu influence. I do mostly vegetarian and vegan although my body struggles, possibly from a life of poor diet high seed oil and sugar. I feel happy when I cook a vegan meal that tastes great. I use a pendulum and this practice leads me to veganism but sometimes eating cheese, eggs. Cheers man happy eating!
